Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Check-out is before 10 a.m.

Early check-in: 50 EUR / Late check-out: 50 EUR - *upon availability
Breakfast is available from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
All prices are in Euro (€) and they include VAT.

Breakfast is included in the room price.
Parking is free.

A tourist tax of EUR 2.5/person/day is charged.

Penalties to not respect night peace from 23.00 till 6.00 will be charged 200,00€.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation charges depend on when DAM boutique hotel (only written by email or by telephone plus email) receives guests notice of the cancellation.

Minimum cancellation charges are as follows:

21 days prior to the arrival: free of charge
20 -8 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the full price
7 -0 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the full price 

We charge the full price of the stay when leaving early on your reservation.

How's the reservation and payment going?
You can send an inquiry via the online form, by e-mail, or call us. We will reply to you as soon as possible. You can finally book the house by entrusting us with your credit card details (this is only for a guarantee, you pay the full amount upon departure) or we will send you a pro forma invoice and pay a deposit.

Can a child come with us?
DAM boutique hotel is intended for adults and children 12 years old. We guarantee peace and quiet for our guests.
